It was time for us to say goodbye to our beloved Freddie. Pawssum made this difficult task as straightforward as possible, so he could leave us surrounded by love, in an environment where he felt comfortable - his favourite bed in his favourite room of our house. We were provided with an hour slot, which allowed us to manage it so we could all be there. Dr Stephen was kind, humble, and respectful, talking us through the full process - giving us the time when we needed it. Thankyou Pawssum.

Our cat Carson was due for his annual checkup and vaccination but neither my husband nor I can drive we did not want to subject Carson to any unnecessary trauma. I found Pawssum Mobile Vets online and after reading the reviews about Pawssum we decided to contact them in order to help us look after Carson. A decision well rendered as a perfect solution to our problem. Doctor Tamara arrived at out home. But Carson had disappeared under the bed. And so the game of 'chasey' began. Doctor Tamara was very patient, and kind and finally she got hold of Carson who immediately calmed down and she was able to administer his vaccine, check him out thoroughly and clipped his nails as well. She is an absolute gem and a very professional, caring and patient Vet. We will certainly recommend to all our 'cat owner' friends the services offered by Pawssum Mobile Vets and and how professional they are.

Pawssum was a fabulous service at a very difficult time. They arranged for a vet to come to my house at the time I requested and arranged after care being cremation of my lovely old girl Bella. Dr Jina was amazing and talked me and my girls through this difficult situation, made sure Bella was comfortable and gave us the time we needed. I’ll be forever grateful to her and this service

Couldn’t be more happy with the service provided by Melbourne Powssum mobile home visit. Most professional, caring, and supportive team. The care provided is above and beyond. Their attention to detail and genuine compassion is extraordinary. Dr.Karan was wonderful, caring and very knowledgeable and after the injection and medication provided our dog Chloe was back to normal within two days. Thank you for providing excellent service.

I have been using Pawssum mobile Vets Melbourne for a number of years. If you are looking for the best pet care in the comfort of your own home, look no further. All the phone staff are polite and helpful. The Vets are professional and caring. My German Shepherd loves hers. I just wanted to thank Dr Lauren & Kerry from Pawssum mobile vets for their care and treatment of my dog and explaining everything throughout the process. My dog can be highly stressed around other dogs so to have a vet come to my home was peace of mind for me and my and certainly helped my dog also. Will be using them again.

A really wonderful service for Melbourne home visits! Our dog had torn her dew claw and we couldn’t get to see the vet on the weekend. Dr Monica was wonderful and compassionate, she put our dog at ease and gave her pain medication and practical advice we could act on, which gave us peace of mind. Would highly recommend this great service.

We cannot recommend Pawssum highly enough. Recently we had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our beloved cat, Sasha (“Mouse”), after nearly 14 years together. It was one of the most difficult days of our lives, and the compassion, kindness and professionalism shown by the Pawssum team made an incredibly painful experience much more manageable. When Sasha suddenly deteriorated, Pawssum arranged a home visit for us at short notice. Being able to say goodbye to her in the comfort of her own home, surrounded by the people who loved her most, was a gift we will always be grateful for. The veterinarian treated Sasha with such dignity and respect and guided us through the process with kindness and compassion. Rather than spending her final hours in the stress of an emergency clinic, Sasha was able to remain at home, curled up in our laps, comfortable and relaxed in familiar surroundings. That means more to us than words can express. Pawssum also took care of organising her aftercare and cremation, making a very overwhelming time much easier to navigate. Everything was handled seamlessly, allowing us to focus on spending precious time with Sasha rather than worrying about practical arrangements. Throughout the entire process, every interaction we had with the Pawssum team was caring, professional and understanding. We never felt rushed, and we always felt that Sasha was being treated not simply as a pet, but as a much-loved member of our family. Losing Sasha has been devastating, but we will always be thankful for the kindness and support Pawssum provided during one of the hardest moments of our lives. Thank you for helping our beautiful girl have such a peaceful and dignified goodbye.

My 11 year old Effie struggling with IVDD as well as a gastric issue was seen by her own vet Dr Stella 26 June. Effie is super anxious and to have Dr Stella visit was so comforting. She is thorough, professional and caring. The process was seamless with Pawssum and communication competent and reassuring. This is a vital service to have in the comfort of your own home.
